We came in later in the evening and they stayed late to ensure everything was set up and had everything ready for me to go when I was ready to pick up the car. “I go in there and tell them what I’m comfortable with and to see if that’s what they can do, they have me waiting and waiting. Come back to tell me they have “good news”. It’s triple what I could do. Every time I tried to say maybe I need to go somewhere that they can get me a car that would be in my budget based off of my scenario they made a lower and lower number to kind of trick you into thinking you’re getting this great deal but really it’s still way higher that what I was comfortable with. Then they’ll tell you things like don’t worry you can’t call Insurance now, but it won’t go up , My insurance went up 100 . You’re starving, you have your toddler with you and you end up just making a decision you regret severely. They made me feel like I had no other option because of the miles on my car and credit. I went to this place for 3 leases. I’ll never go back. This will be the last time they ever get my business and I’ll never recommend them to anyone. They took advantage of two young girls and put us in worse cars then we had because “we had no options”. You’re supposed to be happy when you walk off the lot and I’m not happy at all with my car or anything. I used to recommend that place to everyone. I felt exhausted and unhappy leaving that place.”
