“The service pickup/drop off option is absolutely incredible. My appointment was at 10am and the service advisor was at my door exactly on time for pickup. I was able to cash out over the phone, and my SUV was back in my driveway barely 2 hours later with all services completed (oil change, tire rotation, etc). Getting to stay home with my toddler and not worry about keeping her entertained for hours in the service bay is invaluable. I had mentioned possibly needing new tires, and the advisor (I believe his name was Scott) sent me 2 different tire quotes but told me I could wait a few more months until the black sales since my tread wasn’t bad yet. There was zero pressure and I really appreciate that, especially when it comes to a more expensive purchase. He even told me I had Ford Points available I could use towards my oil change balance that I didn’t even know about. Overall it was a 10/10 experience and I will absolutely utilize their services again, and will be purchasing my tires from them this fall.”
