“I’d like to start by saying that the only reason this review is 2 stars and not 1 is because of Johan, the salesman. Johan was great. He was up front, personable, and friendly. I originally test drove and purchased my truck on June 6th. I was told that I’d have to wait a few days before being able to take the truck because they had just gotten it on the lot and hadn’t fully processed it through their system. That was understandable. What wasn’t understandable is what follows: June 8th I was told that the truck would be ready to go on June 9th. I work during the week so I scheduled to come later in the week to pick it up. The next day on June 9th, I was told that there would be a slight delay. Still somewhat understandable, but frustrating at this point. Fast forward to June 26th, after initiating several inquiries on the progress, I asked that Nick, the sales manager, call me to discuss a few questions I had. He called and we discussed the issue, the dealership didn’t have the title. How they don’t have the title after having the truck for a little over 3 weeks at this point is pretty confusing to me. I was then told that they could give me back the money I gave as a deposit if I didn’t want to move forward with the truck anymore. Which is respectable; however, it offered no solution to the real issue, getting me in the truck that I want. Later that day, Nick reached back out saying that we’d be good the following Monday. The paperwork process was very standard, which is fine. The only issue I had is that they waited until that day, while I was on my way to the dealership to go get the title from their “parent branch” in Kutztown. That felt a little lazy to me, especially when your customer is waiting that long. I was also told today, July 17th, that my trade-in had not been paid off yet. It’s been almost 3 weeks now that they’ve had my trade-in, and they admitted to me over the phone that no effort had yet been made to payoff the loan, which would have required another payment by me if I didn’t look into it. This is on track with the 3 weeks it took to get the title for my new vehicle. There doesn’t seem to be good communication between all departments, making the process pretty inefficient. On another note, the original offer on my trade-in was downright disgusting. It’s now for sale on their website for $10k more than they originally offered. I did talk them up to a more reasonable number, but trying to make that much of a profit off of one car is pure greed. Again, Johan was amazing, but I was disappointed by the rest of the process, and the dealership not living up to their “smooth and easy” process. This was the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had, and I would never buy another vehicle from any Miracle Dealership. If you do choose to buy from this dealership, go to Johan.”

“Went and looked at a Ram 2500 laramie. worked with the dealer to get the best price on the truck.. staff was very helpful no pressure on whether I purchased it or not. At the end of the day I left with the truck however it only came with one key. After a few phone calls there was a mobile key company coming to make me a second set. I Do not know of another dealer who would do that. Highly recommend Miracle.”
