“I cannot believe this is a car dealer? I buy lots of cars, have probably dealt with close to 100 dealerships. They were very good here... reasonable in negotiating, quick, efficient, 0 games, the entire team was friendly and professional, the car is great, there was nothing pushy. It is obvious they make their money on *volume*, which is what you want as a customer. You do not feel like their payday, here. If i had to work hard to find a complaint, they charge the state maximum doc fee. This is pretty standard for big dealers but it still sucks, doc fees are unfair in general and should be included in the list price across the state, I wish they would make them illegal instead of capping them. Their prices are fair though so it is whatever, and they are very transparent on the website about the fee before you come in. This was our fifth Volvo. Thanks so much to the team, especially Sam and Christian for being extremely professional and friendly. We have been to every Volvo dealership in downstate NY and NJ, this is the one we will be back to.”

“I had a very good buying experience at Volvo White Plains. Prior to visiting Volvo White Plains I was not in the market for a car but had to replace my Audi Q5 because it was totaled in a car accident. I was not a happy shopper. So, when I walked in I knew what I wanted and just wanted to get in and get out with a car. After waiting around for some time, I was assigned a sales associate, Pamela Peralta. She asked me what I was looking for and immediately jumped into action. She is personable, knowledgeable, a quick thinker and she got me what I wanted without any fuss.
