“Went to buy a GMC Yukon here. Didn’t have the trade in, was told if I bring the trade in I can put a deposit on the vehicle to think about it. So we brought the trade in to the dealer ship. Wasn’t told that we had to come to an agreement to place the deposit, until the deal wasn’t likely to happen at that moment. So just a poor miscommunication. Didn’t come to an agreement because they absolutely LOW BALLED our trade in. Was told that they can find our vehicle at auction for an absolute lowball. Even though our car wasn’t made anymore and was highly sought out. On the car sheet it didn’t show our sun/moon roof, and I was looking at the guy like you can literally see the sun roof on the vehicle. And it was put as “fair condition” and the car was excellent condition. Attached is a picture of the “Fair Quality” car in question. So basically wasted our time. But luckily, they did us a favor because we went to CARMAX, and got an actual good trade in value $4,500 over what the dealer was giving us. And then went to a Chevy dealership and found an Chevy Suburban exactly how we wanted it, and the manager gave us a small discount on it, which this dealership wouldn’t do. Absolutely wasted our time. But did us a favor.”

“I brought my niece by to look at some vehicles, she’s getting a new car and I thought I’d bring her to this dealership as they always have a good attitude and large inventory to choose from. Roger helped us out and he gave plenty of insight to help narrow down what we were looking for, we truly appreciate the info as we don’t know much about cars ourselves! “My recent visit here left me uncomfortable and disappointed. I arrived at 9am and did not leave until 1:30pm. I was literally the last person standing in the waiting room everyone else had come and left. When I first arrived I spoke with Joe and voiced some of my concerns since having my 2025 Buick envista…..when he couldn’t help, I spoke with the manager. CarPlay goes in and out, paint is chipped, and windshield is cheaply made. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a woman but I am a HARD WORKING WOMAN THAT WORKS HARD FOR MY THINGS…..& my concerns should mean something! After six hours waiting only thing I left with was an oil change and “updated system” now my windshield is completely (2 days later) ruined and it’s going to cost me 1000$ to replace…..having this car has been nothing but a nightmare!”
