“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. This feels like a scam. I was told I was getting a 2023 Hyundai Sonata Limited Hybrid, but after I signed, they said the hybrid had a cracked windshield and switched me to a regular Sonata Limited. I didn’t even properly get the car. It was delivered to me with a dead battery, warning lights, and what looked like rodent damage in the engine. When I asked questions, I kept getting bounced around like nobody had real answers. I asked to cancel the deal and get my money back, but they refused and said they wanted to “repair” it. My lender said a loan back out/funding reversal is possible, but it requires paperwork from the dealer, and the dealer acted like they never heard of it. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Be careful, get everything in writing, and do not sign anything with them unless you are 100% sure.”
