“First of all I would like to recommend this Dealership to any family member or friend. I have worked at a Ford dealer for several years. While driving cross country in Our Motorhome with low mileage when our battery light on dash laminated. It was dancing between on and off over a few hundred miles. Approaching Elko Nv. We contacted the dealership, the staff said they can take a quick look for us, however we are very slammed. I understood and got there Asap, I walked in the lovely service Pro was great and kind sending my situation. Roger a Tech got right at in the hot sun and never even waited for the 10 cylinder to cool down Awesome. For at least an hour he checked this and that on the black top I mean he got at it. This that jogged to his tools grabbed some tools including things he knew what he needed. Truly a seasoned Tech, he pulled stuff checking obvious culprit cleaned grounds etc cleaned em lickity split in minutes. He stopped and said try it now I found a loose electric coupling and he is sure it was that. Here I am 1000 plus miles away. The folks up in the office saw how jacked at what I let them know he found. They did not have to help us, but they went the extra mile for a good old Texas Boy. Thank you Gallagher Ford.”
