“Sales person was great. Everyone there was friendly and very accommodating. I ended up buying a used Jeep. The 2nd day I had it, the engine light came on. So, that is the only reason I am giving 3 stars. I will update if they are able to rectify this issue. Update: the whole crew has been great and handled all of the issues I had with the vehicle after the purchase. I still have a check engine light that randomly comes on, but nobody can seem to figure out where or what the cause is. Special thanks to Ryan in service for really listening to me and deep diving into everything I mentioned about the Jeep. Thank you so very much! So this went from 3 stars to 5 stars because I know purchasing a Jeep that is used comes with problems, but Elko Motor has treated me so extremely well.. I will definitely be using them again for more purchases down the road.”

“This has been an ongoing issue for over two years after this dealership replaced the engine in my truck. The work was left in unacceptable condition, and I’ve spent countless hours trying to get it resolved. When I inspected the vehicle, I found: Wire harnesses left hanging(not one harness was secured on the truck) Transmission lines left hanging and unbolted Multiple oil leaks Loose bolts Missing parts Electronics not working and unsecured I could go on and on about I have VIDEO documentation ( including emails) clearly showing the condition the truck was returned in and the way the service manager and owner handled the situation, and the lack of accountability. The owner and sales manager do not live up to their word communication has been extremely poor — I can’t even get a call back. What makes this worse is that I’ve had multiple vehicles repaired elsewhere, including a dealership in Salt Lake City, and those repairs were done correctly the first time. The difference in quality and professionalism is obvious. I dont even allow my child to be driven in my truck. This dealership had every opportunity to make things right and chose not to. Based on my experience, I do not recommend trusting them with major repairs.”

Contacted my sales my salesman Levi Cook he had an appointment set up for the next day to bring back the CorollaI got a RAV4 which was bigger and I really love it.
