“I cannot say enough how much I love and recommend this dealership! Troy in sales and Jack in service have been tremendous help. My experience with everyone at this dealership has been amazing. This was my first time solo at a dealership without my mom. Troy, my salesman, responded to my call after seeing the car on CarGurus, found the keys, and I was on my way. When I got there about 15 minutes later, Troy had the car pulled up and keys in hand. Shortly after I was on a test drive and loved the car. When I got back Troy printed the CarFax without me asking, which was amazing. I was preapproved for a loan through my credit union, but Troy was sure he could beat or match my 6.5% APR and I, after knowing him maybe 30 minutes, felt I could trust him. Because it was Memorial Day, the finance manager had left early, and the bank couldn’t approve my loan, but Troy had my Jeep and let me take the Kona overnight to really seal the deal. The next day, even after I was unsure of what time I could make it and showed up early, Troy got me signing paperwork. He NEVER once pressured me or talked me into anything, just informed me of my options with detailed explanations and physical demonstrations. The finance manager (I forget his name, but he loves Stephen King) beat my credit union with a 5.99% APR! We had great conversation while signing paperwork and he made sure I understood everything I was signing, and explained the optional warranty to me which I opted for. Even with an extra warranty and the Z guard protection, my payment was lower than before. Today, 3-4 days later my engine light came on, temperature gauge was acting up, and reading that my car was overheating. Troy was on VACATION, and answered me immediately, giving me the service number. They were ready for me and helped as soon as I got there. I was out and on my way to work within an hour, at no cost. Can’t recommend them enough!!!!”

Maintenance items like belts, fluids and things that take a bit longer than quick service can take care of. In the market for a new Ford or Lincoln? Matthew is just the gentleman for you. Don't let his youth fool you, this young man knows a lot about the vehicles on the lot. If he doesn't, he will find out! There is a nice customer lounge with two TVs, snacks, drinks and coffee. There are comfortable seats along with barstool tables and a business desk for those of us working during our visit. Huge thank you to Dylin for always taking great care of us.
