“We bought a used Kia Telluride from a dealer in Apple Valley, and we live in the north metro. It turned out to be a vehicle built in Georgia for the Canadian market. This means it is a pain in the butt to get recall items fixed because U.S. Kia dealers can't access the Canadian database. Anyway, we dealt with Wyatt. He is one of the best customer service people I have ever dealt with in any industry. Even though he had to figure out who to call in Canada, he helped figure out what needed to be done for any recall items. He asks the technicians figured out why the passenger seat wasn't reclining, a loose wire. They did all the work, kept me up-to-date on the progress and got things done. Cornerstone Kia, and Wyatt, are both phenomenal.”

“I really wanted to write a 5 star review as the initial contact with staff was beyond outstanding and what I'm used to from being a return customer of the Cornerstone Kia service department. I had to change the rating due the service provided towards the end of the experience. Communication broke down on their end and I had to call to get information and updates that I had been promised but never happened. When I called the manager out on it he after he called back said "it slipped my mind." After I got the car back it was covered in grease on the inside. I get it's a messy job but this is not acceptable. What happened to keeping your word, seat protectors and cleaning up after yourself?”
