“So in 2017 I bought a certified pre-owned 2011 honda accord coupe, which I was told had never been in a car accident but it looked like it was as the years went on I noticed more and more that it was in an accident. About a year or so the wheel wall from the front driver side fell off while driving on the freeway, I thought maybe the clips gave out because it is an old car. Today as I am expecting and changing the brakes I find a bungee cord just hanging off the shocks. So I came to the conclusion the car was in a accident and they don't fully expect the cars they are selling to give the consumer the correct information on the car. Forget what the carfax says and personally expect the car you are buying. Some comparison from the driver side to the passenger side. There are plenty of other red flags, to many to take pictures of. I hope this helps any future pre owned buyer.”
