“I went to Elk Grove Acura Acura and my service advisor, Marlon was very honest and helpful. He told me I didn't need a transmission fluid change since I had that done 10k miles before. He recommended a great place to eat which I'm still thinking about. Lastly, he recommended getting my timing chain replaced soon to keep my vehicle running in top shape. I am pleased with Elk Grove Acura.”

“Service was great! The team is super kind. But I did not appreciate my quarters being stolen. The first time I brought my car in for a recall, all my quarters were stolen, and I recently came in for a diagnosis for my vehicle. This time I took a photo when I dropped it off, and after picking up my vehicle I noticed all coins are still here except quarters. I’m just shocked that this is how they run with business. I paid for my services and it’s not cheap and to steal my quarters it’s crazy! Next time definitely will be taking out all my coins prior to bringing the vehicle in for any service. And I would like to advise everyone else coming here to do the same”
