“I cannot say enough great things about Mission Chevrolet, especially Mike and Izzac in the service department. They are truly the best part of this dealership and always go above and beyond to help. Mike and Izzac are incredibly respectful, professional, honest, and genuinely care about their customers. I have had a few issues with my Chevy Trax over the years, and Mike and Izzac have always taken my concerns seriously and worked hard to get things fixed quickly. One of the most frustrating issues I experienced was when my key fob was not being recognized and sometimes my car would not start. Mike stayed persistent, continued investigating the issue, listened to my concerns, and was ultimately able to identify and fix the module causing the problem. I truly appreciated the time and effort he put into solving it. Mike and Izzac are also amazing when it comes to maintenance and repairs. Oil changes are always quick, smooth, and efficient. Recently, my check engine light came on due to an emissions issue, and they had it diagnosed and repaired the very same day. Their turnaround time and attention to detail are incredible. What really stands out about Mike and Izzac is how personal and attentive they are. They always remember me by name, remember my car, and even remember past issues it has had. They listen, never dismiss concerns, and always make me feel like my car is in good hands. Mission Chevrolet is an amazing dealership overall. I purchased my Chevy Spark from them a few years ago and have trusted them with all of my vehicle maintenance ever since. Because of Mike and Izzac, I honestly would not want to take my car anywhere else. They are the heart of the service department and a huge reason why Mission Chevrolet is such a great dealership. “Let me start off by giving Ramon a huge shout out! My appointment was originally 9 am, but I was stuck at the doctor's office and came in at 930. He was able to honor my appointment time and also helped me with getting my reward points situated. Once I came into the lobby, Alfonso was excellent at communicating the status of my truck with me. Again, I had only came in for the oil change but they took care of the recall my truck had (caught me off guard but Alfonso continued checking in). He was professional and attentive during my almost 2.5 hour stay here. Kudos to you both for amazing customer service 👏”
