“I’m very happy with my vehicle purchase and the sales experience overall. However, I’m extremely disappointed with the body shop’s work. I was told the bumper had been repaired before delivery, but after driving the car, it loosened due to normal road bumps. I brought it back to have it fixed, and unfortunately the same issue happened again — the bumper is still not clipped on correctly and is now hanging off. It’s frustrating that this wasn’t resolved properly the first time. I love the car, but the repeated workmanship issues have been very disappointing. Update: Disappointed to confirm that the alignment issue I flagged before purchase—despite being told it was checked—was found to still be present during service.”
