“Hello world, I went in to this phenomenal BMW on Montana in El Paso Texas for the infamous Vanos bolt upgrade "do to the nature of this long overdue Recall Service" Santiago Valle (Service Advisor) has given the top notch service with that A1 Professionalism. He answered all my questions and concerns. Also other mentions, will be the female that works next to him was of great help with the timing included with the service. Moving forward, after the inspection, pics were sent to my email as well through text messages. Can't leave out the waiting area how pristine it was kept. Lastly, was a honest and precise video that was also sent of other maintenance procedures that was long overdue. I held off for now for that service and understand how important the multi-point inspection report is. So therefore, I will address those other issues with the vehicle along the line sometime. Other than that, amazing service and I will like to thank the crew, the Service advisor Santiago for a great experience. Recommended location for sure. “Greetings my fellow El Paso Strong residents, I had the opportunity to visit the local BMW this Saturday. Being the weekend Service Department was not in full swing, so we left the car until Tuesday. Courtney Shuttle drove us to Famous Dave's after a late lunch their Shuttle picked up. The news was given to us regarding the vehicle, and we had no alternative but to leave it in good hands. “This is my third BMW purchase from here and this most recent time I originally came in for an oil change. Long story short, I met with Ismael who let me test drive and before I knew I was signing and driving off.
