“Unfortunately, I just had a very bad experience with them. We had a deal set for a car. My deposit was $3000 Sales person was Luis do not buy a car or make deal with this Luis do not buy a car or make a deal with him, he either does not have the real ability to make a deal or is incompetent because after first telling me I was approved. I sold my previous car to get the 3000 down payment AFTER I had already sold my car their sales manager. Called me back. Tell me there was a problem then ghosted me for a day then finally call me back the next afternoon to tell me that the deal had fell apart. It’s a good thing I went to big star motors. They hooked me up over there and they kept their word. Five thumbs down to Torres motors. Deals fall apart, but don’t string someone along for a WEEK HAVE THEM SELL THEIR CAR and then tell them no. After the sales manager guaranteed the deal was good. Don’t believe their salesman.”
