“i don’t recommend Imperial Valley Hyundai at all. They have awful customer service, they are a fraud! They have no shame, they never tried to fix my problem with the warranty of my car. They pretended to not have the complete information so that they didn’t have to fulfill their contract. Don’t buy a car here because they will never respect your warranty. I would never recommend them because they are dishonest. Aside from all of that, they wasted my time and money”

“If you are an out of state buyer considering having a car delivered, I strongly recommend avoiding Imperial Valley Hyundai.
The dealership was extremely unprofessional and the delivery and paperwork process has been a nightmare. It has now been seven weeks since my purchase and I still do not have the paperwork needed to title and register my vehicle. Because of their mistakes, I have made four separate trips to my MVD and still cannot complete the registration.
They now have to send someone back to get forms notarized that should have been done correctly the first time. This has caused a huge amount of stress, wasted time, and ongoing uncertainty about my registration.
I have sent countless emails, calls, and texts and get little to no help or follow up. Marco and Juan have been especially unresponsive and unhelpful throughout this entire process.
Buying a car should not be this difficult. If you are buying from out of state or relying on delivery and dealer handled paperwork, be very cautious with this dealership.”
