“What a nightmare dealer! They do NOT know how to handle Internet leads at all. Some dude emailed me his number in response to my inquiry. Then didn't answer my question. I'm not trying to play on the phone with you. Internet questions need email responses. If a dealer can't even email you basic information, what is there even to talk about? I was over in East county for another appointment and decided to stop by and see if I could see the car/talk talk to someone. Well, no. In fact, you can't even pull in/out of the lot because they are car hoarders. Some guy kept telling me to wait while he moved three different cars just so I could get out. WTH?? Do not! This is not the place that takes sales seriously. I can 100% see why this car sat on their lot for 3 months. Not only that, but concealed the Carfax. When I dug into it after their little stunt of my trying to go in person, I found there was Zero data on the car for 7 years, then jumping up over 100k miles. I cannot! Why are people so sketchy and gross? People, if you want a serious and professional seller, you can count this place out completely. Don't play yourself like I did. What a stressful and terrible experience. Places like this are the exact reason used car salespeople have the terrible reputation they do. Worst of the worst. Buyer beware!”
