Before describing Rachel’s numerous virtues, I was also impressed with the El Cajon Ford operation in general. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout (e.g. when I was initially greeted, when we were handed off to the finance department - special recognition to Joel Morales, very quick and knowledgeable). Rachel Koszewski was referred to me by a coworker who raved about her. My experience with her exceeded the high expectations that he set. After speaking with Rachel, I felt like we were old friends. She’s a Navy veteran who is highly articulate and has a ton of fun stories and experiences. She REALLY knows her cars and patiently helped me decide the best car for my lifestyle & goals. I test drove a bunch of cars with her and she helped me decide what was best for me (lifestyle, age, interests, etc). If I needed something explained in great detail, she provided the explanation. Or she could tell right away if a certain set of details did not interest me and we would move on. She was just very intuitive and provided the best service - leaving me extremely happy with my experience. And we’re not done - she’s been answering some of my follow-up questions post sale, which I really appreciate. I live in Poway but made the drive to El Cajon Ford.
