“I want to preface this with Jeanette in the sales department is by far the only competent employee that this place has. She has gone above and beyond on trying to help me and my family. The sales manager Fareez on the other hand, has no problem with telling you that you're S.O.L. He was very disrespectful and in the question of having to get 4 new tires on the vehicle in question after only 3 months, he said there was nothing he could do. His response to this was "well I didn't tell you to go buy tires. You should have let us know." My first thought was not to contact a dealership. My first thought was the safety of my daughter. So unfortunately, even after all the vehicles the my family has gotten from Auto city, we will not be giving them anymore of our business. On a final note, make Jeanette the sales manager. She actually knows how to talk to customers and listen. Fire Fareez. He could learn a thing or 2 from Jeanette.”
