“We went in on a Thursday to look at a used Subaru Crosstrek. We worked with Matthew and he was very friendly and helpful. We got to test drive alone which we always appreciate. He provided an out the door price with all the line items noted along with the Carfax and wasn't pushy at all. We came back in on Saturday to buy the car. It's a small team there, but they were very attentive to us the whole time, even with a lot happening on their end of things. Annie walked us through the finance portion with care and patience. Overall had a good experience buying a car. We are very socially anxious people so a calm, friendly, and low pressure environment was exactly what we needed.
