She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles and the processes and super responsive as I had questions over the ensuing days as I shopped around and researched various vehicles. She was able to work with me a secure a highly in demand vehicle for me before it arrived off the transport train straight from the factory. “Just bought a new 3026 Passport after comparing it to the Toyota 4Runner. Markus helped me by showing me how all the features work, and taking me for a couple test drives to help me decide between the two I was interested in.
