“Best Car Buying Experience Ever! I visited Doug's Hyundai in late May to shop for cars. I chose Doug's because they had the largest selection of Hyundai Certified Used vehicles and their online reviews were solid. I walked into the beautiful showroom and was fortunate to be greeted by Jon Neal. Jon was super professional and low key. No pressure, no games. Jon asked me basic questions to identify what I was looking for and we headed out to look at vehicles. Jon walked me through features and history on several vehicles and answered all of my (numerous) questions. I selected a vehicle and prepared for battle over pricing. Didn't happen. Very little back and forth, and all very professional. We agreed on a very fair price and I am extremely happy with my new Hyundai Tucson Hybrid.
