“We are snowbirds and when we are in the Northeast, we always bring our car into Lexus of Edison. The car that we have with us is a 2025 NX350h Luxury model. Our “condo” car that we leave in Florida is a RX450h. When that car was taken north, it was serviced at Lexus of a Edison. The service department runs very smoothly. I got updated by my service advisor (Victor Restituyo) and with texts, video and any other pertinent information that the service department feels that I need. “Specifically told service advisor not to rotate my tires because I'm about to put my oem wheels back on at another shop. Now my aftermarket wheels are hitting the front brake calipers because the shop rotated the tires and due the offset differences. Now the car drives with humming sound in the front because the wheels are rubbing the brake calipers. Thanks. Being a waiter, I've waited for 4+ hours for a 90k mile job. Oil filter change, brake fluid, filters. The car was in "preparing paperwork" for more than an hour. I had to ask if my car was done in order to get my paperwork done.”
