“Everybody at the dealership was friendly. They don’t keep you for long either, I walked in, test drove the car, bought the car, filled the paperwork and I was out in an hour. They don’t sell lemons, the car i bought was in great condition and there were absolutely no problems with it and if there were they’d fix it up with no issues.”

“The best customer service I have ever seen. Came in with my daughter and my grandson and our buying process was taking a little bit long that they even got us pizza for lunch. “Easy, seamless service. Bought my first car from here. We traveled from upstate New York down to House of Cars and the experience couldn't have been simpler. Everyone we came into contact with at the dealership was personable and a joy to talk to. I knew what car I wanted and we called and set up a time to test drive it. When we got there the car was as described and shown on their website. Dealer fees definitely brought the price of the vehicle higher than I thought it would be but they worked with me to get to a monthly lease payment I was comfortable with. All in all a great experience for a first car. Thank you Ricky for all your help and keeping in contact with me throughout the process. We drove the car all the way back to Upstate without a problem!”
