A few things that stood out: • The Prep: Being an EV, I was worried about the range for the drive home, but they had it 100% fully charged and ready to go. • The Fix: I noticed a small chip in one of the rims, and they actually took care of it right there before I drove off. • The Deal: I had to drive an hour to get here, so I didn't want my time wasted.
