“I purchased a 2026 vehicle from Volvo Cars Edinburg, and within less than a month, it has already had two serious issues — the most recent being a safety concern where the vehicle shut off while I was driving. The vehicle has been in service for about three weeks, and while I was told it has now been repaired, I do not feel confident or safe taking it back. I currently have an open case with Volvo Customer Care, which is still under review. What has been most disappointing is the lack of communication and accountability from the dealership. As a customer, I expected support beyond the point of sale, especially in a situation involving safety. I am sharing this in hopes that it gets properly addressed and to bring awareness to the importance of customer care and safety when purchasing a new vehicle. I truly hope Volvo will stand behind their product and resolve this situation appropriately.”
