He greeted us immediately at the door and made sure he explained everything step by step . We came with a newborn (who cries a lot) and a toddler (who has a lot of energy) and even so he still made us feel welcome and was patient with us ! He left no room for questions and it has been an amazing experience! I ended up leaving with the car I really wanted and he even taught me about some features I had no idea were included in it .
