Salesman Jack Bare is a very caring about you and your experience with purchasing a new car. He doesn't push you and tries hard to give you all information and will follow-up with answers when needed. I drove over an hour to buy here and I would do it again. I haven't used service department yet but I hope it is great like Jack in sales. Thank you and see you soon. Marty Pros.

It was recommended by a family member to go to Giambalvo Hyundai, and they were right to advise! I had such a wonderful experience with Russell (sales) and Dillion (finance)- both extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend both of them! I had not purchased a car in over 10 years, so I was a little nervous with the process. Website costs and warranties are straightforward, no hidden fees, no gimmicks. I love my new car (it’s a smooth ride) and the warranties that protect it!

Jack Bare was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the features on my new Tucson Limited. The staff I came into contact with were courteous and helpful. It will take me a minute to figure it all out, even with Jacks instructions, but I love my new car!

My wife bought a ‘25 Palisade 3 months ago from this dealership. Great experience. Absolutely great in making sure we got what we needed and wanted. Fast forward to getting it serviced. Incredibly polite people inside the service department. A polite lady checked me in, and I believe Ryan checked me out in the end. We needed the state inspection done. That was completed and knocked out. I did put two dots on each tire to make sure they were actually rotated and balanced. The tires were not. He said they did rotate them side to side. When I got back home I parked it how I left this morning to double check the picture I took. They weren’t rotated. I did find a fresh scratch on the rear bumper that irked me a bit. I should have done a better job looking over the vehicle before I left outside of noticing the tires had not been rotated and balanced as I requested. I’ll just eat the $50 bucks this time. We bought the car with the hope that the service department would be as thorough as the sales department. Not saying they aren’t… but the requested service wasn’t completed. I attached the photos of the dots on the tires. All in all no hard feelings here. Just something I noticed and hope it isn’t a constant thing. I called and left a voicemail but have not heard anything back. Regardless the experience wasn’t anything terrible. Just a missed assignment.

Working with Travis Small was such a pleasure! He’s super knowledgeable and made the whole process feel nice and seamless. We literally laughed through the entire purchase, he kept things fun while still making sure I understood every step! What I appreciated most was how patient and thorough he was. This was my first ever car purchase, and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide me through it. If you want someone who’s honest, funny, and genuinely cares about his customers, go see Travis! James, who handled the financing, was amazing too. I was a little nervous going in, as I’m still building my credit, but they both made everything smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. James even took the time to answer my questions after I left the dealership, which meant a lot! Now I have my beautiful Chevy and an awesome dealership that’s earned a loyal customer!
