“Spoke to someone via email regarding a purchase of a vehicle. Was going to give this dealership the benefit of the doubt… and was going to go on my way after trying to get the price of car trimmed down and couldn’t (as I understand not everyone is willing to do that and it’s just the business) until they told me that the car I wanted to trade in was worth 0$-300$ (almost purposely it seems or trying to subtly suggest I was lying) when I was trying to exhaust my options — mind you they did not look at the VIN of the vehicle, pictures or the carmax report that I have. I have dealt with so many dealers over the past week that have went above and beyond for me.. sadly, they were just either too far or from other states and didn’t want to have to do emissions test etc. A few of them brushed me off just to get rid of me, it seems this was one of them. Next time, simply ask for pics, the vin number OR the Carmax report that I had handy. Thanks.”

They provided a limited warranty for my car, and assisted me with questions I had regarding post purchase. There are a lot of options for dealers in the area, but this dealer has been in business for a long time and cares about their customers, which was apparent through the entire process. There was a $200 fee that wasn't mentioned at first, it was a little disappointing (due to the lender I had to use cause of my credit). Go see them... my experience was good with the dealer.”
