“We had a car shipped from another state. The whole process was extremely easy to follow and we were kept informed the whole time. They had an express check out option and we were able to get the car quickly. However, the car was not cleaned and did not look like it had been washed at all so we were pretty upset about that. There were visible crumbs, dirt and grime etc. The person we were dealing with had specifically said that the car would be cleaned and that’s why we didn’t think to check it.
