“This dealership’s service department deserves 0 stars. The only reason I’m giving this dealership 2 stars is because of my service advisor, Jessica. She was professional, courteous, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Her communication was excellent, and she did everything she could to make a frustrating situation easier to deal with. Jessica is a great asset to this dealership, and my negative experience is in no way a reflection of her. Unfortunately, the quality of the technicians’ work did not match the level of customer service she provided. The only reason I came here was because they had an earlier service appointment than my regular dealership. I initially brought my Jeep in because the check engine light and auto stop/start warning light came on. After I dropped off the vehicle, the technician diagnosed it as an engine misfire and said the ignition coils needed to be replaced. They replaced the coils and the other recommended parts. Total invoice: $1,748.27 Less than a month later, 06/09/26, the check engine light came back on, so I returned to the dealership. When I checked in, the service advisor I dealt with acted as though I was inconveniencing him just by bringing my vehicle back in. I was later assigned to my original advisor (thank god). Later that day, I was told that my head gaskets needed to be replaced at a cost of $4,300. I declined the repair because I had lost confidence in their ability to properly diagnose and repair my vehicle. Today, I took my Jeep to a different dealership that provides excellent service. They performed a full diagnostic scan and found that the original issue was still present. They also inspected the head gaskets and confirmed that they are in excellent condition and do not need to be replaced. This tells me that the original problem was never properly repaired, yet I was quoted thousands of dollars for a repair that wasn’t needed. That is extremely concerning. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership’s service department. I will not be returning. If you want to save yourself time, money, and unnecessary frustration, I recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else and stay away from these unethical thieves.”
