“These people could have killed me with the vehichle they sold me. Im a 23 year old business owner who purchased a used f550 off of them. Everything was great to start with thats why I hate writing this review. My sales rep mike severance was a great guy no shade towards him at all he did what he could to help me. Drove 3 hours to buy the vehichle, before I went they told me it has a few parts thay needed replacing, in my head I was ok with this because im like wow theyre being honest with me. Wasn't major, brakes, auto hub, air filter, caliper, few others I cant remember. So what ended up happening I bought the vehichle and they supplied parts for my mechanic to install since it was so far away. After my mechanic had gone through it. Not only did it FAIL PA state inspection, but multiple other parts were on their way out which was NOT mentioned to me from the dealer. Called up dealer, they gave me 1200 to cover some of the repairs of my 4k repair bill. At this point I was just gonna cut my losses 2800 isnt too big of an expense but still. Now the reason I decided to write a bad review is because that 4k bill turned into 7k after my mechanic kept fixing it, he kept finding issues again thay WERE NOT MENTIONED BY THE DEALER. mind you I havent used this for work once yet this was exactly how they sold it to me NOW THE CHERRY ON TOP THEY COULDVE KILLED ME. After I finally got my new truck fixed, $5800 out of pocket later since dealer gave me $1200. The hoist of my dump body SNAPPED and fell right to the frame, IT WAS EMPTY AND IT SNAPPED, Imagine i was standing underneath it? I wouldve died. There was another $2700 repair. Shame on these people for selling me this vehichle, and shame on their mechanics for not seeing these issues. Karma is real and God is always watching!! Buyer please beware, they saw me as a young guy coming from 3 hours away and they got me good! Shame Shame Shame. Lost countless nights of sleep over this damn truck, should've just bought new. To anyone reading this God bless you! And Jesus is always with you!”
