“I got my 2019 Nissan Murano from this location. At first everything seemed great but it was too good to be true. First time car buyer so of course I’m trusting them to be honest and upfront with me. BIG MISTAKE on my part. When I first saw the Murano, it was perfect. It did have a dent that was told would be fixed. I guess that’s okay because it did get fixed but after arguing and fighting with them for half a year. Once I brought it in, I had an even harder time getting them to loan me a car since they were going to finally fix the dent in mine. And to no ones surprise it got worse. I ended up wanting to see what my trade in value was and turns out when they showed me the car fax at the time I was purchasing the Murano, they withheld most of the CARFAX information from me and told me that it only had 1 prior accident. It did not. Turns out it had 4-5 prior accidents. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. The saleswoman was more interested of course in getting the deal than being honest. But what can you expect from a place like this 🤷🏼‍♀️”

“This is the type of dealership that people warn you about. Advertise used car, try to add ridiculous paint package fees plus whatever else (I didn't even care to look past the first 3k fee because it came out to 6k+). They say it's non negotiable but then when you get up, surprise, the manager says they can honor the online price. Already lost my trust there I am not going to buy a car that tries to add 6k+ in fees right off the bat. The manager was straight up a cartoon in his salesman demeanor, like somebody you put into a movie as the typical shady sales manager. I'm asking out the door price, he's talking about what my monthly payment is, I tell him I don't care about that I am talking out the door price, and he's goes "what about 1500 month you don't care then?!" Laughs har har. I tell him I know the numbers so I don't care. When we get up to leave they ask me to stay, I tell him I got 5 minutes at this point cuz I already had an hour wasted, of course he balks and says he can't just figure out a 30k car in that time. Well my dude, call me when you do figure it out. I can't imagine what the finance people in there are like if the sales team is this shady. People must come in here and get cracked all the time. I feel bad for couples families that were in there. I can't believe this place has 4.5 stars. No I won't talk to ownership. There's a bunch of reviews complaining of the same thing, and the bad reviews keep coming so you're not doing anything to change. Don't bother until you start cleaning house. I'm sure they make you good money so youll continue to pretend to care online. Avoid this place. If you have money to burn this is your place.”
