West Herr Buick GMC

“Greg was very helpful and upfront about pricing. He helped me get a deal done I felt very comfortable with! The rest of the staff was super helpful with showing me the ins and outs of my new truck! Highly recommend!”

“My experience with West Herr has always been great! Timothy Privitera is an outstanding salesman! He is why I purchased from West Herr again. Every step of my purchase he was there with exceptional customer service and even delivered my car to my house and we completed the paper work there!! I cannot say enough nice things about Tim. This is the best car buying experience I have ever had and Tim made everything seamless. The finance and trade in team also were great. I will definitely only buy from West Herr in the future!!”

“From the first interaction with Kristina out at West Herr Lincoln who connected me with Ryan at West Herr Buick GMC East Aurora to me picking up my new car ..they all made it so easy and transparent! Greg and Jennifer were awesome on signing day and so attentive to any questions I had as well. From owning to leasing they explained everything thoroughly. Thank you all so much!”

“George made my experience with Buying my new Buick Encore a very enjoyable experience. His calm and informative demeanor was so welcoming. He went over all the paperwork so that I could understand.”

“Just bought a new suv from West Herr in East Aurora. This is the second vehicle we have bought with the help of salesman Chuck S. Chuck is an awesome saleman. He took the time to find us the vehicle of choice and got us into the monthly payment we could afford. I highly recommend going to Chuck when you are shopping for a vehicle. Also want to give kiddos to Ian at West Herr East Aurora. What a great young man with a lot of respect for customers. Chuck and Ian work very well with each other. Great job Chuck and Ian!”
