I had a great experience at Mazda. Bobby was an excellent service advisor professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. My car was serviced as promised and everything was handled smoothly. The whole process was clean, efficient, and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Today, Sport Durst Mazda exceeded my expectations. Specifically, the front desk employee, Bobby. I checked in, got my car serviced, and checked out everything was smooth, quick, and easy. While I was driving home, I received a call and a text from Bobby explaining that one of the technicians was concerned they may have left some screws loose. He immediately asked me to come back, and even offered to come to me if I couldn’t return. I was able to go back to the dealership, and Bobby himself went above and beyond by giving me a free oil change for my next visit due to the inconvenience. This level of honesty, accountability, and kindness was extremely professional and reassuring. It truly made me feel valued as a customer. I will absolutely be returning and recommending Sport Durst Mazda to others.

This was actually a fun experience which is usually the antithesis of buying a new or used car. These guys were young and although they definitely had the " car salesman flair" I felt it easy to work with Dillon and Reed and we had our eye on a beauty 2017 Nissan Rogue with 27K miles on it. They brought it in from Goldsboro for us and we had a few complaints, but we were able to negotiate a fair price and now my son is driving happily and more importantly I am resting easy that he is safe in this vehicle so thanks to the guys at SPORTS in Durham. I would recommend them if you don't wan the usually pushy kinda shady car salesman.

Rob was an excellent help in test driving a Mazda 3 and seeing what it has to offer. One of the best dealership experiences I've had so far, and highly recommended. I'm still in the market and haven't made a final decision, but if I decide on a Mazda, I'm asking for Rob!

Today we just bought a brand new Mazda3 from Sport Durst Mazda, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. A huge thank you to Dillon, our sales consultant - he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient, making sure we found exactly what we were looking for. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explain every detail about the car, and made sure we felt completely comfortable with our decision. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to make sure you’re happy. He is truly one of the best sales consultants we’ve ever worked with! Reid, the sales manager, was also fantastic - very accommodating and upfront, which really helped make the experience smooth and stress-free. And our financial advisor did a wonderful job walking us through all the paperwork and options. Everything was clearly explained with no hidden fees or surprises. Everyone we worked with at this dealership was genuinely kind and a pleasure to deal with. We’ll definitely be coming back to Sport Durst Mazda for our next car, and we’ll be recommending them to friends and colleagues without hesitation!
