“This was the WORST CAR SERVICE I have EVER experienced!!!!!!!! I recently moved from FL to NC and at the FL Hyundai Service, the workers and staff were always extremely transparent and dependable. After moving here, my car began to fail when turning on. I decided it was best to pay more and take it directly to the Hyundai Service dealer as I was new to the area and did not know any reliable mechanics in the area. Hyundai assured me that my issue would be resolved after paying $900 for my starter to be replaced. After paying for the service, the issue with my car persisted. I went back to the Hyundai and they wanted to charge me another $1,800 to fix the “correct” issue even after FALSELY CLAIMING the first $900 was going to fix my issue. Even after THEY caused an over $2500+ mistake, they did not want to provide me a rental/loaner car and I had to rent a car for $1100 for 2 weeks! They were extremely disrespectful in the service office, not understanding of my situation and frustration. I have never seen a Car Service location STEAL from its customers the way I experienced it. I will never be coming back here and will make pass the message on to anyone I know who drives a Hyundai to NEVER rely on this dealership/service that just wants to STEAL FROM YOU!!!!!”

“Nothing like an easy and very fair buying experience, which is exactly what I received from the fine folks at Sport Durst. I may have bought my last car, but look forward to many years in dealing with their service department.
If you're in the market for a Hyundai you can't do any better than here.”

“I worked with Service Advisor Jake on an ongoing issue with my car. I can't say enough good things about him and the team. I arrived late on a Monday with no appointment because my check engine light was on. They were slammed but he was able to get it diagnosed quickly gave me an ETA of the next day to have the repair done. Repair was done timely and I was grateful for the communication.
He also helped me coordinate with the service manager Brian Yates for ongoing issues with Hyundai corporate.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Hyundai as a vehicle because their corporate refuses to address the ongoing issues with their fuel injector problems, but if you do have a Hyundai I do recommend using Sport Durst for your service needs.”

“I have been servicing my car at this dealership for several years and always happy with service department staff and work done. I appreciate and thank my service advisor Rashawn this time for his understanding and effective communication efforts beyond expectations. When I brought my car back he made sure that issue with rattling wheels, alignment and balance were corrected and repaired to my complete satisfaction. He test drove with me and repair staff to pinpoint my concern. I appreciate his assistance and professionalism.”
