“So I get a call on Monday afternoon from one of the customer service agents not a sales agent following up on my experience. Gave her the full run down again and this was the first she was hearing of it. The sales guys mentioned ed several times that the owner was in the showroom and was a great guy that always does right and that the owner was fully informed on our previous experience. So I am thinking maybe they are gonna make us an offer that shows some understanding. She told me she was not a sales person but wants to do everything possible to make it right. I am writing this update 2 full days later. I have not gotten any additional updates from the dealer except to confirm they car we were negotiating on was still available and she did try to get us to make another in person appointment to look at the cars. I told her no. When you can make another offer that improves at least slightly over what we got on Nov 2 we will come by and provided her the. Sr we were interested in and 3 others in case it was easier to make a deal on one of those alternatives. SO. I’ve given them 1, 2, 3 chances so far. And while they always say this is not the service or experience they aspire to provide so far this has fallen way though the cracks.”
