“Spoke with Summer on the phone several times about my vehicle. She was entirely rude and not helpful! My vehicle has a recall and no parts being made by manufacturer, however I stated I can purchase the part from a parts store and was rudely told they cannot fix my vehicle one bit even if I brought my part to them with my car! And by the way their prices are ridiculously high! I will be taking my vehicle to fort Wayne dealer because they are very kind and helpful up there! Don't recommend this small town dealership at all!!! BEWARE!!!”

“Although the salesman that we initially dealt with was helpful and considerate, the sales manager that brought us their sales proposal was incredibly insulting. Their trade-in offer on our car, which is rust free, runs perfectly, no engine light, decent tires(not great), was $500. I used to be a car salesman so I know the games they play. They added on so many BS fees that shouldn't even be included for a used car purchase, that even after including the insulting amount of $500 for our near perfect, 2013, Chevy Sonic, the total price offer, on a car tagged by them at $14,900, was $16,500. I could get more out of our car from a scrap yard, but beyond that, the car is in PERFECT running condition. I don't understand how these people stay in business. This is only the 2nd negative review I've ever left for any business.”
