“I called a week ahead and set up an oil change appointment he asked what time would work best for me and I told them I had to work at 3:30 they said they have a 2:00 opening (I only work 3mins away from Williams brothers) and that the oil change should take "no more than 40 minutes". It ended up taking an hour and a half, making me late for work. I went to the service department after an hour and 15 mins and asked if my truck was done and he said they're topping it off. 15 mins later I was given my key and receipt and rushed to work. When I got to work I noticed that along with my key and the paperwork they gave me someone else's key for a different Dodge Ram. The staff was nice but for that being my first experience I will be going somewhere else from now on.”

Scott ends up calling me and giving me a better deal by a couple thousand...rebate I didnt know about. They probably coulda hosed me and taken the money...they didnt.
