Took our truck here for a $200 diagnostic. Figuring they would plug it into a computer so we could get a print out to better understand the problem. I can only assume we recieved the same scan (if they did any scan) that you can get for free from auto zone or O'rileys nearby. So that was a waste of money. The engine is making a noise similar to a knock. They said "yup, there's a knock, it sounds bad and you likely need a new engine. They wont know unless they tear it apart to look into it." Odd thing is that we think its the camshaft, we told them that, and thats what the scan came back and said. They said probably not, but cant say without taking it apart. There was another conversation that leads me to believe they were hoping we would sell to them and buy something else from them. If they would have done a proper diagnostic with the computer and recieved a print out, I wouldnt be so skeptical but seems like they looked at it for less than 5 mins. Judging by the notification I recieved when the truck was started to how much snow was on it when I picked it up was a good indicator that there wasnt much effort put into this diagnostic. Just a waste of $200.

Kierra Runyon was the sales person, assigned to us from my online inquiry. She was extremely helpful right away. She narrowed the search to one vehicle and we were able to test drive in less than 30 minutes after our arrival. Kierra and the Sales Manager then worked with us with respect (no usual car sales condescending attitude at all). It also became clear right away that the other sales people on the floor shared the same thoughtfulness for the customer. I am a past car sales person, I have never been in a dealership more well ran than Spirit. Its clear that they take care of their customers and their employees.

I'm not going to lie, I haven't always been a huge fan of Fords because of the problematic the past I had with them myself. However, Spirit forward help me to get into a 2021 bronco and I couldn't be happier. It's a great car, the sales team took great care of me along the process, and I am entirely grateful for the experience. Thanks Brock for everything, thank you Spirit forward for helping me out. I can’t say enough good things about Kyle Wallath my salesman at Spirit Ford. Kyle’s the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with hands down! His honesty, communication, professionalism, knowledge, speed, and courtesy are amazing! I was offered a very fair trade in amount. More than fair I would say! I’m a customer for life! I also want to acknowledge the team that puts the new vehicles together when they come in, it was done flawlessly and quickly. What a fantastic small town dealership! Don’t go anywhere else!

Brought vehicle in for a recall and Spirit Ford broke the rear window defrost off of the rear window. I may have to get a whole new window and/or hard top for my Bronco now. This was all in perfect shape when dropped off. They refused to take responsibility for their poor service and lied about what they did. I will never take another vehicle to this place! I would not recommend this dealership.
