“I had an amazing experience. My sales Person was Marquel and He was very nice and pleasant from beginning to end. Fast financing and a good price. The Managers were friendly and I honestly have no complaints. I'd definitely refer others and buy again from here in the future ☺️ He even took my pictures of Me in front of my New Vehicle in the freezing cold with a bow on top because it was my birthday 🥳”

I want to start by highlighting the most important part of my experience, Devon, our sales representative. From the very beginning, Devon was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the purchasing process. However, where he truly stood out was after the sale was completed.
We ran into a few documentation-related issues that were outside of Hyundai’s responsibility, and this is typically where many sales reps end their involvement. Devon did the exact opposite. He stayed engaged, responded promptly to our concerns, and worked closely with us to make sure everything was handled correctly and with care. His communication, follow-through, and willingness to help long after the paperwork was signed made a stressful situation much easier and showed a level of professionalism that is honestly rare.
In addition to the excellent customer service, the dealership itself was a great environment. The facility was clean, well-organized, and welcoming, which made the entire experience feel comfortable and professional from start to finish.
Most importantly, we are extremely happy with our purchase of the 2026 Hyundai Palisade. The vehicle exceeded our expectations, and the overall buying experience left us confident that we chose the right dealership and the right team.
