“Juan helped me trade in my old duramax for a newer one and couldnt be more happy. Before driving 2 hrs he sent me photos and info as if he was purchasing the truck himself. Update 2 weeks later went to get the truck inspected and it failed due to a multitude of issues. The transmission is slipping and grinding along with the exhaust manifolds cracked. The tires are low on tread and different sets, theres no way it passed MD inspection. Reached out to the dealer multiple times and have yet to hear back. Also like to add they never properly filled out the paperwork. DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE!! Would like my truck fixed or money back!”

They gave us a warranty and then stood behind it when we had a "could have been" issue. Fixed promptly and without any hassle or charge.
