Had a great experience today at Duluth Dodge. Dan P helped us find the right vehicle that put us on the right path financially. He was friendly and made sure to listen to all of our concerns. He made sure to confirm that we would be covered for almost anything that comes our way with warranties and great financing. Thankful going into the new year with our Jeep! Would recommend Dan and the other guys up at Duluth Dodge!

We had a great experience working with Dan Ploehn at Duluth Dodge! Dan was knowledgeable, patient, and truly listened to what we were looking for. He wasn’t just trying to give us a sales pitch—he genuinely worked to find a vehicle that fit our budget and our family’s needs. He went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free, and we never felt pressured at any point. We really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, we highly recommend asking for Dan!

Kudo's to Andrew for listening and wanting to help me get into the vehicle I wanted. However, another got involved and it went down hill from there pretty quickly. You don't automatically ADD "accessories" charge for $900.00. Then there's a government fee then a documents fee, which those two were about 600 dollars together. Then you get mad because WE ASK QUESTIONS? 🤣 You shouldn't come into a conversation and then get mad at your potential buyer of a 37 thousand dollar vehicle for NOT knowing all the facts. That's a YOU problem. The vehicle was supposedly marked down but was WAY OVER the price with all these add ons and even with a 10, 000 dollar down payment that I was going to use. The price was $36, 891.00 and with all the other add ons, it was over 41 thousand 😳😳 HOW? WHAT!?? Then you are upset, blame Andrew for incorrect paperwork, and you say "well I didn't know that!", a couple different times pretty snotty for a higher up. Just because I'm a female and YOU thought you could do your salesman tricks of talk on me and you failed, is not my fault. You wrecked a sale for Andrew. I walked out over 1100.00 and the guys attitude! You asked my bottom dollar and I gave it to you three times...that means you were not listening nor looking at the paperwork where I wrote it! Sorry Andrew, Hope you have an Incredibly Blessed 2026!!

Duluth Dodge has a decent selection, but prices are quite high. I was previously looking at a 2016 Jeep Wrangler with a 6-speed manual transmission that had been listed. It had almost 110,000 miles, and they were asking $17k (including tax), yikes. They tried to sell me a protective coating on the paint for $800, which could easily be done with good car wax and a buffing wheel at home for less than $100. The sales rep I had was nice, but too big to sit in the passenger seat when I was test-driving. Due to his belly spilling over, I wasn't able to shift into 6th gear during the test drive, which was somewhat annoying. Additionally, the passenger door was held together by paracord, apart from the usual Jeep hinges that bolt the door to the frame, which I wasn't impressed with. The tires were in rough condition, so they promised to put on new tires. I was expecting 33" or 34" tires for the off-road kitted setup Jeep, but no, they put on OEM tires that were not even close to trail-ready and quite honestly a disgrace to put on any off-road vehicle like a Jeep. For these reasons listed, I decided not to buy the vehicle - best decision I've made.

An amazing dealership. They have taken care of my vehicle and my community. I’ll continue to work with their team. Thank you also for putting on this Rookie Basketball Event and kick off.
