“I had the best experience at world auto. I first heard about them through car gurus. I requested more information about a car and immediately was contacted by Abdullah. Abdullah ask if i was able to come take a look at the vehicle informed me of all thr requirements. When i got there i felt so at ease knowing that Abdullah was ready to help me get into a vehicle. I love the patience he had with me didnt rush me at all or try to get me into anything. I was introduced to Oliver in financially and he was willing to help me. “I am unbelievably disappointed that we wasted 5hrs total on the road to go look at a car for our son. Offering to pay cash. We knew it would obviously have wear and tear since it was a 2007. They never show real defects in pictures But upon arriving- my husband immediately pulled a piece of black duck tape from the windshield area and saw a hole in the dry rotted plastics under the hood near the windshield- as we stated looking more the whole bottom of the windshield was TAPED with electrical tape because the seal was dry rotted and just had black tape placed across it in hopes no one would notice. We notice the sunroof was not sitting correctly so we looked further into that- with the salesman trying “to help figure it out” as seeing it wouldnt fully close- he used a shim to press the seal down onto the crease and we were it was completely closed now but we wont be able to open it to actually use it. Cup holders busted and cracked, gear shift ripped but thats fixable- Going back to the trunk- the rubber seal is hanging out and in 2 dangling pieces. After opening it- we see- MORE electrical tape, covering up a rotting seal and after pulling it back, what did we see? Rust. From where water was getting inside and causing rust damage. After our 16yr old son had worked and saved $10k in cash to buy a car I decided that was not a car or a dealership I’d want to gamble with!”
