“Walked into the dealership interested in purchasing a Cadillac Escalade V. I met Terrance(sales). He asked what I was looking for, immediately told me Hennessy charges 30k above sticker. I sat down at his desk. I gave basic info. Terrance threw a post it note and pen on the desk. As he walked away he said, “ write down the SS# so I can get the payoff amount. This not being the first time at a dealership, I know that’s incorrect! I did not have a good feeling about him. When he returned I said, “ Thank you for your time, but I’m good for now”. Acting like a 3 year old not having his way, he gets up and says “Aight then” and left me sitting at the desk. I was getting up to leave, but how dare you? Funny enough, this was my second chance at giving Hennessy a try. First time was 3yrs ago. They seemed as though they weren’t interested in doing business so my husband and I drove straight to Lake Lanier Cadillac. I find myself in the exact place again.
