“I visited a myriad of dealerships and dealt with innumerable salespeople throughout the last few months during my search for my vehicle. I decided ultimately to make my purchase through Gwinnett Place Honda because of the helpful, upfront approach from the staff there. Mike Jones was honest, straightforward, and never complained or seemed exasperated with my multiple requests for changes to the vehicle I was buying, and his coworker, Zach was the same way. I asked for an itemized list and negotiated an out the door price on the vehicle in question. I had to wait for the vehicle to be produced, and the team at GPH kept me in the loop along the way. The deal was fair, and Mike was a trooper dealing with my requests and negotiating on the day of purchase. I would have no compunction referring friends and family to this dealership. The finance associate, Albert was also helpful and answered all of our questions accordingly. It was not a high pressure environment. We dropped some add ons and did keep some. An efficient and easygoing experience overall.”
