Martin allowed me to see the vehicle at my request as soon as it was delivered to their lot (on Christmas Eve) and worked with me on getting a fair deal done on my trade quickly, with the guarantee that they would not sell the car if it didn’t pass their inspection. I was traveling next few days for the holidays, so Craig stood by his word and gave me few days to line up my finances within an agreed upon deadline. Unfortunately, I missed that deadline due to cancelled flight back to Atlanta, but they both honored the deal, and got it done the day after! During the process, they were transparent and provided inspection insights, and promptly responded to all my questions.
