“Everything is good while they are taking your money, but not so good when they have to give some of it back. I bought a car with the extended warranty and the understanding that if I sold the car I would be refunded the balance on the warranty contract. Good luck with that! I have been trying to get a refund on the contract since March, I have emailed the required documentation at least twice and their finance manager, Omar, promised to call me back but never did. I have tried to call twice this morning and waited on hold for over 10 minutes each time. There are lots of other car dealerships to choose from, no need to pick this one.”
