Exceptional Service and Delivery! I recently bought a Toyota Tundra from Delaney Toyota and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The team was incredibly helpful and worked hard to get the pricing and payment exactly where I needed it to be—no pressure, just great service. What truly set them apart was going above and beyond by arranging to have my new Tundra delivered right to my house! That level of convenience and customer care is rare and truly appreciated. UPDATE 10/17/2025 In follow up to my first encounter with Delaney Toyota's Service Department that resulted in (Bad) First Impressions and a one star rating, I was given an opportunity to speak with the General Manager and set a second service appointment that was completed yesterday. Overall, the appointment was what I have come to expect from a top rated dealership and service department. The entire service appointment went smoothly from start to finish and it was professional, courteous, and most importantly, informative. This was especially important to me given this is my third purchase of a Lexus vehicle and Delaney Toyota is my local Toyota/Lexus brand experts in Clearfield County. I'm happy to say their evaluation of my recent purchase of a Lexus HS250H sedan that I bought out of the area gave me peace of mind. Thank you Mr. Shaffer and to all at Delaney Toyota! ________________________________ FIRST IMPRESSIONS 10/09/2025: I scheduled my service appointment online using the Delaney website with an appointment scheduled for a week away. I added comments to my appointment request stating I needed an general inspection while my car was under a 30 day warranty. I asked for a call for pricing and to answer any questions; however, I never received a call from a service representative until early the day of the appointment (Friday) stating they would need more time to do a proper inspection given 3:15pm in the afternoon wouldn't give sufficient time. I was asked IF I wanted to reschedule. To reschedule I was then asked for the VIN# or to call back with it to schedule resulting in another delay. I called back within 20 minutes directly to the service representatives' direct line and it went to voicemail. All this so far is before 9:00 a.m. I guess she must have been busy? No problem. So at this point a week of my time was wasted within the 30 days and I was looking at least at another week. I then decided to call back to speak to the Service Manager and was questioned as to who I was and for the purpose of my call. This isn't unusual, but then a lengthy wait followed until I gave up and ended the call. Coincidence? For my final attempt to avoid more wasted time just to get another appointment, I called and selected Sales and requested the General Manager. At this point it is past 9:00 a.m. and I was told the manager wasn't in yet and I was offered his voicemail. So I have to ask. Why did they waste a week to call on the day of the appointment and then only to reschedule? This was especially surprising given that in my online request I said I could come earlier, if needed. Why was the VIN# so critical that an appointment couldn't be set? Also, why couldn't three people resolve the matter at hand efficiently? It's laughable. This makes me think of a joke... "How many _____ does it take to screw in a light bulb?" Apparently and sadly, four or more. Another delay Intentional or not, this was not a smooth and easy transaction and it left a horrible first impression as to the competency of the staff to read my original message and understand the purpose for service appointment and ultimately they failed to handle any contact attempts with efficiency or respect for my time.

I just had the most AWESOME CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE this afternoon! Austin is wise beyond his years. This young man not only took the time to listen to me, he was very straightforward and clear on the cost out the door. As a Veteran and Healthcare Professional, I admire the customer service. Kudos to Bryan in the finance department also. He continued the excellent customer service. The whole process took less than 2hrs. Just took delivery of our 2025 Rav4. Very happy with our new vehicle and the overall purchasing process. Delaney has a great Team. Mindy, Austin, Garrett, and Bryan all did an outstanding job throughout the process from sales to delivery and final paperwork.

First time buying from Delaney toyota of dubois . great team very friendly and straightforward answered all my questions and got me out the door with a vehicle in no time. Got exactly what was promised and then some, extra features great quality, low price, extended warranty what more can a customer ask for I recommend everyone to make their vehicle purchase at Delany I know I will. I went out of my way 1 hour drive past 3 totota dealers to get there and it was worth every penny and minute. Great team thank you Levan for the help.
